Jayne Peterson and Corny the Clown Bring Healthy Back
LOGAN, Utah- Jayne Petersen, President and CEO of Looking Glass Inc., teams up with the chefs of Burger Planet to create a healthier menu. Petersen, a returning guest know as a fitness guru, has helped celebrities such as Opal Whitcomb, host of Opal Speaks, lose weight and keep it off. “Women can have a burger and fries now and then as long as they are active and also try some of Burger Planets exciting new menu choices such as the fruit packages,” said Peterson.
The new menu choices added this past year at Burger Planet include white chicken breast, bananas, pineapple, grapes, apples, and peaches as well as gourmet salads. Along with these new menu items, a customer can order one of the original Saturn or Venus burgers with the Hemisphere fries and make it a low-carbohydrate meal, by substituting the bun and wrapping it in lettuce.
In addition to healthy options, Petersen is developing a new adult Smiley Meal including an ankle weight, fruit package, and a white meat entrĂ©e. She also plans to create new tray liners that offer nutritional advice. “I want our customers to realize Burger Planet is committed to offering healthy choices on its menu,” said Muellenbach, President and CEO of Burger Planet.
Petersen and mascot Corny the Clown will be making a special appearance at Burger Planet in Time Square, New York on May 12, as well as other locations throughout the summer. In July, the first mall appearance will be held at the Mall of America in Minnesota, where they will be providing nutritional packets and advice to customers on the new menu items for Burger Planet.

Nice job. All the info was there, and you had a great focus on Petersen instead of Burger Planet. Just a note; your subheading makes me think of Justin Timberlake "Sexy Back" song...
ReplyDeleteI noticed a couple of typos. In your boiler plate is says "Burger Plant", and in the first paragraph it says "guest know as".
ReplyDeleteI really liked the layout of your release though I liked how you incorporated so much information in this release. After reading your release I definitely have lots of additions for the one I wrote. Great job!
I love your heading and including Corny the Clown because I think Burger Planet definitely wanted to keep him in along with bringing in Petersen. I also like how concise your boiler plate is. My question is whether or not the boiler plate should include a little summary about the article or if it should be strictly information on the business. I guess it's personal preference. Anyways, great job!
ReplyDeleteWell done. I'm not sure on the boiler point. It might be something that you want to run past him in class. Other than the typos everything flowed. Way to bring in a niche with the clown.
ReplyDeleteYey for Justin Timberlake!!
